Norwich School is a co-educational, independent school for pupils aged seven to eighteen. Set in the Cathedral Close, Norwich School is a traditional, yet lively place where boys and girls enjoy a rounded and stimulating education. The school is characterised by strong, warm relationships and a profound appreciation of scholarship.

- The school was ranked 14th nationally in the Sunday Times’ Schools Guide for leavers getting a place at their chosen university.

● Success rates: A*=24%; A*- A=60%; A*- B=85%
● 1/4 of all grades at A*, 3/5 at A*-A and over 4/5 at A*-B
● 5 pupils with 4 A*; 14 pupils with 3 A* or better; 58 pupils with 3 A’s or better.
● 14 places at Oxbridge secured
● UK University destinations for Norwich School pupils include Cambridge, Oxford, Cardiff, Durham, UCL, KCL, Exeter, Bristol, Newcastle and Manchester.

I definitely would recommend Norwich School, because I think it provides excellent academic opportunities in well organised and prepared classes.The school also provides good support for students in sport and music. Additionally it is great how friends from other nationalities learn more about my own country and I have the same opportunity of learning about their country.

Studying in a foreign country can be a roller-coaster; when you start you go slowly, but then time can fly by so quickly. Norwich School has become one of my best memories, time in the school passed by too quickly.

As a person who didn’t travel a lot before, it was a thrilling and rewarding experience to discover not only a new country but also a lot of different cultures and ways of thinking I wasn’t used to in my home country! In my opinion, I think this is what Norwich School’s International Scheme is all about; interesting and open-minded people coming from many different places and sharing their experience and knowledge with each other. It was a fantastic experience.

The facilities in the school are great, way better than I had ever experienced at home. I always felt wanted, we always had someone to talk to if we were struggling, it might be a teacher, a tutor or even the nurse. Norwich School has a diverse population of pupils and I honestly felt like I didn’t stand out. I was free to just be who I am. I never thought I would be able to leave home for a long period of time; but I survived and actually enjoyed every single minute of it.

I decided to come to the Norwich School because I wanted to be independent and grow as a person. Norwich School is an awesome school with an outstanding academic environment.I chose Norwich School because it has one of the best Art and Design Departments in the UK, mathematics and science are also amazingly strong!I was able to mix my love of art and mathematics which absolutely suited me.

Norwich School gave me so many chances to learn and make friends. I have met a lot of excellent people here. The school also organises excellent trips and visits that are interesting and keep us active. There are a variety of clubs to join; I was a member of the International Committee and it was a great opportunity to interact with other international students. I enjoyed Norwich School and I liked all my subjects. I enjoyed playing basketball and chess. I am also glad that I joined the Senior Football Team in my final year, it was a great experience for me. The people who live in Norwich are very friendly and I liked making new friends in this marvelous city. I loved Norwich and will be back!
